Procedure
After becoming a member to Nurses of Today, the following will illustrate the appropriate steps
that will take place in order for each nurse to travel to the United States. Please keep in
mind that sometimes the process may be longer than expected due to immigration delays and job
employments, however it is our role and responsibility here at Nurses of Today to help in any
way possible.
Step 1 Resume Upload
This process will require each nurse to fill out the appropriate information for their resume
and profile. This will help our advisors to see where each candidate will best fit in our
program.
Step 2 Orientation
An orientation will involve the introduction of our nurse advisor and each nurse. In this step
we will help answer any questions you may have and will send you additional information to our
programs. Our nurse advisors will be available to each nurse personally and can be contacted
anytime by email and during normal business hours. Upon completion of the orientation, once
your Nurse Advisor has qualified you for job employment, we will immediately begin to process
your profile for our employers.
Step 3 Payment
In order to maintain our services and staff, Nurses of Today will require a $2500 administrative
fee to cover the following services. This fee must be received first in order to process each
applicant in our system. The fee will cover all services including:
- Profile and Resume documentation and preparation for employers.
- Preparation of Immigration forms: I-129, I-907, H-1B Visa Reform Act
- Guaranteed employer and sponsor within 2 weeks.
If we are not able to find a suitable employer within 2 weeks, we will refund all costs to our
nurse applicants.
Step 4 Approval Processing
After payment has been received and Nurses of Today finds a suitable employer. We will provide
all sponsor documentation for each nurse to print out and send for processing for approval to
work in the United States. Each nurse will be required to pay their own processing fees for
the immigration paperwork.
Step 5 Travel Itinerary
Approved! Once you have received approval from the United States government, you will be
required to immediately notify your personal nurse advisor. Upon acceptance, we will notify
your employer and secure your spot. An additional $2500 will be required once you have been
approved in order for Nurses of Today to notify and secure all job placements for you. This
cost will include:
- All administrative services rendered by Nurses of Today.
- Guaranteed Job confirmation with employer.
- All living and housing arrangements for 1 month.
- All bills including water/ electric/ gas/ internet/ cable/ etc. will be paid in full by
Nurses of Today

Step 6 Begin Employment
From the time you arrive here in the United States, Nurses of Today will work with every
nurse to setup the appropriate avenues for life in the United States. With our network of
partners our nurse advisors will have the opportunity to purchase insurance, cars, and even
homes. Our advisors will even outline the neighborhood you are living on where to buy
groceries, open up a bank account, laundry services, etc. for each nurse. Once employment
begins, we will have daily and weekly checkups with our nurses to make sure everything is
going as planned.
